Welcome to Ristorante San Marzano, named after the famous San Marzano tomato (a variety of plum tomatoes considered by many chefs to produce the best tomato sauce in the world.)

Tony and Gino Di Ruocco founded Ristorante San Marzano in the Spring of 2009. Tony worked as a chef in New York for several years, and more recently, as a well-known local caterer. Rounding out our dynamic team, is the newest addition, Ralph Tartaglia.
Enjoy dining in a warm and trendy atmosphere, with selections from the seasonal menu as well our client favorites, available year round. Our pasta dishes range from cutting edge to traditional and our popular veal and steaks are cooked to perfection.
A pizza of the day is also offered and is highly praised among patrons. Our dessert selections are homemade and include what many claim to be the best “panna cotta” in Montreal!
We offer a wide selection of privately sourced wines for varying tastes, from smooth Sangiovese to classic Chianti.
Our seating capacity of up to 72 guests includes a private room which can accommodate up to 32 guests. Al fresco dining is also an option with our expansive 28 seat terrace. Private banquets and corporate events are just a call away. Reserve the entire restaurant or we can cater at the location of your choice. Up to 500 guests, we will work together to make your event a memorable one!
